A painting worth 30,000 that was stolen while it was shipped from New York to London last year miraculously turned up at a bootfair on the Isle of Sheppey. The oil painting by artist Alexander Newley, the son of actress Joan Collins, was bought by gardener Lee Broadway at one of Kent's largest bootfairs.
