So says Natasha Kazliakouskaya, a translator who has accompanied 145 children from Belarus to Ireland, this summer — including 30 to Cork — for rest and recuperation. Chernobyl Children International (CCI) was established by Adi Roche in 1991 to give support and hope to children living in the aftermath of the 1986 Chernobyl Nuclear disaster.
