Nottingham has an abundance of artisan coffee shops but they're not everyone's cup of tea. Some folk wouldn't dream of setting foot inside a Costa or Starbucks and much prefer a traditional 'caff' where a cappuccino is called a milky coffee and they'd laugh you out of town if you asked for smashed avo on sourdough instead of a bacon cob.
