A "grinch" grotto owner who "disappeared without trace" after failing to pay his Christmas staff has been spotted apparently working in Hull city centre. Tony Jennings, who runs UK Grotto Hire Ltd and Agility Events, has not been seen by staff since he told them he couldn't afford to pay them .
