A CHINEHAM-based cake maker and chocolate sculptor has featured on a national TV programme. Laura Miller, owner of Sugar Spice Cakes, has featured on Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers, a 10-part series which follows an expert group of 10 chocolatiers and sculptors as they make commissioned creations.
