Margaret was born the daughter of the late Alfreda (Rosbury) and Nelson Packard on June 28, 1927, in Ashburnham, Mass. She attended Ashburnham schools and graduated from Fitchburg High School, class of 1945. On Sept. 11, 1954, she exchanged vows with Almond L. Hart at St. Denis Church in Ashburnham.
