JFK track star Richelle Tugade has been hauling in medals for the Islanders since her freshman year. Tugade bagged 2 bronze and a silver in the 2016 All-Island Meet. She was also a bronze medalist in the 300 meter hurdles at the Mike Petty Meet held in Okinawa Japan.
