CHICAGO (AP) - A Port of Chicago official says he's grateful that Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker included funding for state port districts in his budget, but that more money is needed to repair the South Side port's aging infrastructure. Pritzker assigned $35 million for ports in the budget he signed Wednesday.
