WALNUT CREEK. Jared James Schroter, a senior at Walnut Creek’s Las Lomas High School, has earned his Eagle Scout badge. The Troop 302 Scout, son of Eric and Karen Schroter, is being recognized in June at an Eagle Court of Honor at Grace Presbyterian Church in Walnut Creek.
