Twenty-seven-year-old Belizean citizen Graciano Choc, who is in the British Army, is the victim of a hit and run which occurred on Sunday night in the UK. His mother, Sharmane Gracia, says that Choc was returning to base when he was run over while on Christmas Hill, Winchester. The vehicle failed to stop at the scene.
