Thomas and DeVore were both diagnosed with postpartum depression and postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder. DeVore was also diagnosed with postpartum anxiety. Neither of these women knew what was happening at the time. Both bottled up their feelings and felt ashamed. But neither of them were alone.
